Detailed Itinerary 5 Days Swaziland Cultural Tour
Day 1: Arrival at the Airport
The driver-guide will pick you up from the Airport, lunch stopover at Mandela’s house in Fire’. You could involve yourself in round activities such as shopping, items like the hand made at Baobab Batik & Zoggs boutique, relish the local live presentations at this house in fire. As you head to the lodge you will then be able to spot slightly the Execution Rock. Dinner & overnight stay

Day 2: Mlilwane wildlife sanctuary & Mantenga Cultural Village
Breakfast, then embark on the Hippo Trail in the reserve where you will spot a total of Hippos, other wildlife like the Impalas, wildebeests, all watched while trailing on foot.
Then transfer to the Mantenga cultural village, where you will be able to learn & know about the Swazi tradition, the people in the society will try to show you around the village, tell you about their way of living, clarify to you the duties of the chief & his wife, their children, the sangomas, & then proceed to spot the Mantenga waterfalls. Dinner & overnight stay

Day 3: Shewula Mountain Camp
Enjoy your breakfast, then tour Shewula mountain Camp, where you will have a chance to get taught about, shown & introduced to the way of life in their community, the old-style/traditional thatched & stone houses spotted deftly amid the pitches of maize, cotton plus vegetables. Once in this place, you will relish the striking spotlight, get to know about the Swazi tradition, lunch at the camp that is locally prepared by the ladies residing there plus an overnight stay in the Camp.
Day 4: Swazi local life
Breakfast, then transfer to Gone Rural, you will get the opportunity to be told how women through their activity of weaving get endowed in Swaziland, take a short trip to the Ngwenya Glass factory, tour also where Swazi candles are being fingered/ hand-molded into flamboyant animal shapes like Elephants, etc. Return back then to the Camp, Dinner & overnight stay.
Day 5: Lobamba Village- Swaziland History
Breakfast, then check out, then head off to the National Museum of course where you will be given more light about the Swazi custom, pass via the King’s Royal dwelling, prior discovering the small scale business, the indigenous Art Gallery, homes, lunch stopover.
Tour Swaziland’s cultural capital- a village which does shelter the E Ludzidzini, the custom of the Kings, Royal dwellings, the Annual Reed Dance plus the Incwala ceremonies. It’s this place where you will learn & find out much about Swaziland’s past until the present, get to know how Swazi kings are selected, their way of living & also their format of reigning.
The transfer becomes more interesting as you move deeper into the residential sections of the Village, here you can decide to stop by for a taste of a local brew/beer where this woman does brew traditional Sorghum beer for the society, spot & view some farmhouses/homesteads, their format of life, etc. Then with that slightly towards your concluding safari, get ready & transfer back to the Airport for your departure flight back home.
