Detailed Itinerary of 10 Days Kenya & Tanzania safari & Zanzibar beach holiday

Day 1: Arrival to Nairobi

On reaching Nairobi, our company representative will pick you form Jomo Kenyatta International Airport and give you a warm welcome after transfer to a hotel in Nairobi the capital city of Kenya. The rest of the day will be spent on the hotel and relax as you prepare for our safari to start the following day.

Day 2: Nairobi to Amboseli National Park

You will be picked by your guide driver from the hotel after breakfast, the guide will brief you on how the safari will run and start your journey to Amboseli National Park. On reaching the park you engage in a game drive spotting animals like Elephants, Giraffes, Buffaloes, Zebras, Wildebeests, Hippos, Hyenas among others. later check in to a prior booked lodge and have lunch.

After lunch engage in more activities at the park visiting Lake Amboseli, wetlands with sulfur springs, woodlands, savannah and if time allows engage in a Maasai community visit. Later return to the lodge for dinner and night rest.

Day 3: Amboseli National Park to Arusha National Park

On this day say your goodbyes to Kenya as you pack your belongings and transfer to Arusha in Tanzania via Namanga border. Time for a lunch break will be provided, this road drive is tiresome but worth all because of the rewarding things to be spotted along the way like the landscape, hills, vegetation, local people doing their day to day activities among others. Up on arrival in Arusha check in to a prior booked accommodation rest and later have dinner served and night rest.

Day 4: Arusha to Lake Manyara National Park

After breakfast, you guide driver will pick you and transfer to Lake Manyara National Park, a visit at this serene safari destination with greatly diversify your safari experience in Tanzania, this park has all that you’re looking for. You will have a morning game drive where you spot wildlife like Elephants, Zebras, Giraffe, Buffaloes, Wildebeests, Hippos among others. Time for lunch will be provided and engage in other activities like boat cruise, nature walks, cultural encounter among others. Later call it a day and return to the lodge for dinner and overnight rest.

Day 5: Lake Manyara National Park to Serengeti National Park

On this day you will be required to carry a picnic lunch box, meet your guide driver and transfer to Serengeti National Park via Ndutu. On reaching you will be amused by the park’s endless plains and variety of wildlife like lions, zebras, cheetahs, zebras, elephants, wildebeests, giraffes, hippos, hyenas etc. you will spend the whole of the day in the wilderness, later on you will head to a prior booked accommodation of your choice for night rest and dinner.

Day 6: Serengeti National Park to Ngorongoro

You will wake up for an early breakfast and go for a half day game drive in Serengeti wilderness to view of its wildlife, after head back to the lodge for a lunch break.

After lunch meet your guide driver and head to the rim of Ngorongoro crater for have a nature walk, after check in at the lodge for dinner and night stay.

Day 7: Ngorongoro Crater and Fly in to Zanzibar

Early in the morning after breakfast you will descend the high crater walls to the crater floor, your required to carry packed lunch. The crater provides great views of wildlife, you will spend the rest of the morning exploring the crater. After drive to Arusha and continue to Kilimanjaro International Airport to catch a flight to Zanzibar. Upon arrival you will be meet your guide driver and transfer to your booked lodge for dinner and night rest.

Day 8: Zanzibar Stone Town Tour

At 9:00 am after breakfast you will be picked up form your hotel/lodge and go for a stone tour where history still stand I n Fabled Stone Town. This trip is a fascinating essence of Zanzibar where you will visit the House of wonders, the Palace Museum (people’s palace), Dr Livingstone’s House, the Arab Fort, see Zanzibar’s bustling market, winding alleyways, ornately carved and studded doors to mention but a few. After have lunch served.

After lunch head for a boat cruise to the prison island where you will encounter turtles and engage in water activities like snorkeling after head to a prior booked hotel for dinner and Overnight stay.

Day 9: Resting at Beach Zanzibar

Have a relaxed breakfast and after head to Pwani Mchangani beach on the eastern coat of Zanzibar it is highly preferred by tourists located near Pwani Mchangani fishing village.  You will engage in a number of activities including relaxation.

Day 10: Zanzibar and Departure
